Triston Harper is one of the youngest contestants to get the Golden Ticket to Hollywood in the season 22 of American Idol.

Triston’s stepdad was very abusive towards them so Triston and his mom had to leave their home.
It was the lowest part of Triston’s life as he and his mom were homeless and had to sleep on the side of the road.
Triston was just 12 years old when he and his mother faced this difficulty.
His mom, who was seen supporting Triston during the American Idol auditions, said life has been very hard for them.
According to her, Triston became mature at a young age because of all the hardships that they faced.
His mother’s name is Hattie Mae while the name of his father is not known.
Triston has very supportive grandparents who were also seen in his audition.
His grandfather Percy took them home when they were homeless. He traveled from Arkansas to Alabama to get Triston and Hattie.
